The successful Bidder shall execute the following complementary services as part of the contract: Transportation & Logistics: Safe, hygienic transport and doorstep delivery directly to the designated institutional training kitchen/store. Quality & Packaging Standards: Temperature-controlled/hygienic packaging (cold-chain transit for perishables where required) ensuring food safety compliance under Bhutan Food and Drug Authority (BFDA) guidelines. Inspection & Free Replacement: Joint inspection upon delivery and prompt replacement (within 24 hours) of any expired, damaged, or sub-standard items at no additional cost. Financial & Tax Compliance (GST) All-Inclusive Quoted Rates: In accordance with RGoB procurement rules, all financial bids must be inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), local levies, transport fees, loading/unloading charges, and delivery costs to the designated venue. Price Firmness: Quoted unit rates shall remain fixed and firm for the duration of the contract period.
