South New Brighton Park Recreational Development

The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the construction and renewal of the South New Brighton Park, which will be carried out as four Separable Portions: Separable Portion 1: New carpark and pathways Separable Portion 2: Pump tracks Separable Portion 3: Skate spot and basketball court Separable Portion 4: Planting Note: Council has nominated Dirt Trailbuilding as the nominated subcontractor to complete the works for Separable Portion 2. The objective of this RFT process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Tenderers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Works. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Contractor to provide the Works.
