Sheet Metal Standing Offer

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for the item detailed below for two (2) firm years, with three (3) option years. The requirement for the Standing Offer is to procure "Sheet Metal", as required through Call-ups. The delivery of goods is requested by or before 90 days after call-ups received.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the items detailed below for delivery as requested at 25 CFSD Montreal and 7 CFSD Edmonton depots by or before 90 days after the call-up has been received.

Item 1, GSIN: 9515, 6 foot SHEET METAL, in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) Quantity: Estimated up to 10,000 per year, Unit of Issue: EA to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal 6363 Rue Notre Dame St E. Montreal, QC, H1N 3V9

Item 2, GSIN: 9515, 6 foot SHEET METAL, in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) Quantity: Estimated up to 6,000 per year, Unit of Issue: EA to be delivered to 7 CFSD Lancaster Park 195 Ave and Ordnance Rd, Bldg 236 East End,Edmonton, AB, T0S 2H0

Item 3, GSIN: 9515, 10 foot SHEET METAL, in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) Quantity: Estimated up tp 9,000 per year, Unit of Issue: EA to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal 6363 Rue Notre Dame St E. Montreal, QC, H1N 3V9

Item 4, GSIN: 9515, 10 foot SHEET METAL, in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) Quantity: Estimated up to 8,000 per year, Unit of Issue: EA to be delivered to 7 CFSD Lancaster Park 195 Ave and Ordnance Rd, Bldg 236 East End,Edmonton, AB, T0S 2H0

Bidders must indicate the brand name and/or model, Part Number and the NCAGE they are offering.

This procurement is a conditional set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the PWGSC Supply Manual.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
