Kia ora Re: RFT - Main Contractor for Gym Alterations at Murchison Area School, Murchison, Tasman On behalf of Murchison Area School, Onus Projects is calling for tenders from main contractors to carry out alterations to the school's gym building, converting the existing unused, derelict changing rooms into a functional, fit-for-purpose multiuse teaching space. Key Dates: RFT submissions close: Thursday 22nd October 2026 @5pm Intended contract award (indicative): 30th October 2026 Please submit your RFT via GETS direct, and arrange any site via the GETS question/answer function Note: Project location: Waimea Intermediate School, 48 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020 (Tasman Region) Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted Works are not restricted to school holiday periods Practical completion required prior to December 2027 Works can commence on site as early as March 2027, subject to contract signing, material availability, consent, and contractor availability Site visits are by appointment only Please refer to the additional tender documents for further information.
