RFI – Hearing on Future TV and Online Video Measurement in Norway

TV 2, NRK, Viaplay and Warner Bros. Discovery is issuing for hearing documents that will be in the new tender for a total TV measurement in Norway. The purpose is to give potential tenderers an opportunity to give feedback before the final official tender is published. The documents are nearly finalized, and the contractors are interested in any relevant feedback, including such as «potential missing elements», «potential quality improvement suggestions», «significant cost drivers» and/or «potential showstoppers».Feedback is appreciated within five weeks from publication date of this hearing. The final tender will be published subsequently. Feedback shall be sent in writing through Mercell. Upon request, additional feedback can also be given in a short digital meeting. The final tender will have an official Q&A to the final documents.
