The Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice has received approval from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) to use the single source selection procurement to procure a contractor for the Structural Repairs and Water Proofing Works at the Law House. 2. The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of the Funding to eligible payments under a contract for the repair works. Any payment made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the funding and conditions to the disbursement of funding.
