Request for Tenders for the Provision of Childcare Legal Services to The Child and Family Agency (Tusla)

The Child and Family Agency (Tusla) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: • Legal services relating to childcare (including education welfare services, early year services, domestic violence applications and criminal matters related to the minor) • Legal services relating to separated children seeking international protection • Legal services relating to adoption, birth information and tracing (ABIT) • Corporate and commercial legal services • Employment law services
