The Ministry of Public Utilities & Aviation invites sealed Proposals from eligible and reputable Proposers to undertake the following Project: Request for Proposal for Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Finance for a Code 3C Municipal Airport at Rose Hall, Canje, Berbice, Region 6, Guyana 2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures, specified in the Procurement Act 2003 and Regulations, and is open to all eligible, qualified Proposers. The commencement date for the acquisition of RFP Document will be from Thursday, the 19th of February 2026.
