Request for informationg (RFI) Framework agreement amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related accessories

Bane NOR wishes to gain a better understanding of the market for amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related accessories for installation at railway stations throughout Norway, collectively referred to as a Public Address (PA) System. We therefore invite suppliers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). The starting point for this market dialogue is tender documentation that has already been completed. This was published in the summer of 2026; however, the contracting authority received limited market response. The purpose of the RFI is therefore to obtain feedback on the tender documentation, gain a better understanding of the market, and receive advice, recommendations, and lessons learned from suppliers. We are particularly interested in learning about innovative solutions and market developments that may help us deliver valuable services to our users. Suppliers are encouraged to challenge our existing descriptions, models, and assumptions contained in the RFI. The RFI also includes questions regarding whether the supplier's solution meets the specified minimum requirements.
