The commission includes the development and assessment of regeneration options, feasibility and capacity testing, masterplanning, stakeholder engagement planning, and business case development to support future housing-led regeneration of the estate. The contract was awarded through a mini-competition under Lot 8 Housing & Mixed Use of the GLA Architecture and Urbanism Framework (GLA 81689), a framework established under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
