The PM/TA will provide overall project management, governance, programme management, stakeholder engagement, risk and change management, together with independent technical assurance throughout the design, manufacture, construction, commissioning and defects phases of the project. The key objectives of the procurement were to: • Appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant with expertise in project management and technical assurance for MMC projects. • Provide ESCC with independent oversight and challenge of design, manufacturing and construction activities. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Building Regulations, fire safety, accessibility standards and SEND-specific requirements. • Support effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and decision-making. • Protect the Council's interests by providing quality assurance, programme monitoring and independent technical advice throughout project delivery. • Deliver value for money whilst ensuring successful project outcomes and minimising project risk.
