County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) requires a secure, web-based electronic system to manage, record, and report on medical appraisals. CDDFT have awarded a contract to LOCUMTAP LIMITED (trading as Patchwork Health) via call-off without competition via Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 Framework RM1557.14 expiring 28th October 2026. The contract term is for 36 Months + 1 x 12 Month optional extension.
