The population of Wyre is approximately 114,000 at the time of the last census. Primary settlements include towns like Fleetwood (~25,000), Thornton Cleveleys (~31,000), and Poulton-le-Fylde (~18,000) where the council office is based. This Further-Competition is issued in relation to the RM6280 CCS, YPO and ESPO collaborative Framework Agreement, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Further-Competition will involve inviting Tenders from all Suppliers who were successfully awarded onto the relevant Lot(s).
