We have been operating with Metric, who provide our machines and back office solutions without contract in recent years. This contract formalises our existing arrangements for pay-and-display parking infrastructure and enables the procurement of new machines to replace aging stock. It supports an asset management approach aligned with our commitment, outlined in recent Cabinet reports, to maintain and modernise our parking estate. The contract has been awarded via Direct Award via the ESPO 509 FW, Lot 1.
