Procurement of Vessel Tracking Devices

The Fisheries Department, Ministry of Agriculture invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified and qualified bidders for Procurement of Vessel Tracking Devices. The delivery period is Ninety Calendar (90) days Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Procurement Act 2003. All Bidders should submit their bids together with an original bid security to the value of 2% of the bid cost not later than 9:00 hours on Thursday, March 05, 2026, at 9:00 hrs at the address Ministry of Finance, National Procurement & Tender Administrative Board, 49 Main & Urquhart Street. Bidding Documents may be purchased at the office at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries Department, Regent & Vlissengen Road, Bourda upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two thousand Dollars (G$2000). The method of payment shall be cash. The Commencement date for the inspection/acquisition of bid documents is February 09, 2026. The Bidding Documents may be inspected/acquired from 9:00 hrs to 4:00 hrs on Monday to Friday and from 9:00hrs to 2:00 hrs on Friday at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries Department.
