Procurement of Relocatable filling and Hydrogen Production (electrolyser) device with transportable hydrogen storage (H2Go Invest Project) This procurement is carried out as part of the H2Go Invest project, which aims to advance the hydrogen economy infrastructure in Northern Finland. The project and its investments are co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) by The Council of Oulu Region. The procured equipment will be used for research and piloting purposes to test hydrogen distribution, digital management systems, and material durability in cold climates. The investment framework operates in close cooperation with the H2Go Insight and H2Go Investigate research initiatives. Procurement of Relocatable filling and Hydrogen Production (electrolyser) device (designed for periodic relocation between sites, rather than a continuously mobile/wheeled vehicle) capable of operating reliably in demanding northern winter conditions with transportable hydrogen storage. It will be used to pilot hydrogen distribution in both rural and urban environments (such as Oulu and Utajärvi) for logistics companies, municipalities, and the Finnish Defence Forces. The container and its materials must be optimized and certified for structural durability in cold climates. The Contracting Authority has decided to suspend the procurement procedure. This is a contract award notice concerning the suspension of the procurement procedure. The Contracting Authority intends to re-launch the procurement through a new procurement procedure and a new call for tenders. Any amendments to the procurement requirements, procurement documents or other terms and conditions will be specified in the new call for tenders.
