Procurement of items for MCE's residence in the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly

1. The New Juaben South Municipal Assembly intends to use part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) and its District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payment for the Procurement of items for the MCE’s Residence in the New Juaben South Municipal Assembly. 2. The New Juaben South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed quotation from shortlisted suppliers for the supply. 3. Your company has been shortlisted to submit a sealed quotation for the supply of items. This is in accordance with section 43 of the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) and the Public Procurement amended Act (Act 914) 2016. 4. The New Juaben South Municipal Assembly, therefore requires that your company submits an uploaded quotation on the ghaneps.gov.gh. All tenderers must be addressed to The Municipal Chief Executive, New Juaben South Municipal Assembly P.O Box KF 199, Koforidua.
