Adult Social Care services are currently split across 35 Worth Crescent, Pershore Short Breaks, and Worcester Resource Centre; these properties are ageing and require significant investment to address fire safety and compliance issues. The service has reviewed its property asset strategy, and it is proposed to amalgamate these current service provisions into a newly refurbished facility at Green Hill Lodge. Works to be completed are fire compliance and refurbishment works. Sourced via an existing call-off contract via Framework: Construction West Midlands - Lot 1 for works under £5M.
