Pilot: Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partner within women's secure inpatient wards

The pilot directly supports the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) priority to enhance the women's secure pathway and is fully aligned with the NHS England Women's Secure Pathway Transformation (WSPT) Programme, which emphasises whole-pathway, gender-informed care, improved transitions, and sustainable community reintegration. Current pathways face challenges including delayed discharge, limited patient involvement, inconsistent transition planning, and weak early links to community and VCSE support.
