P4105004 Provision of Legal Advisers for Rail Delivery Group (RDG) Transfer Project

The call-off contract shall commence on the 18th May 2026 and the expiry date will be 17th May 2027 for a period of twelve (12) months with the option to extend by a further six (6) months subject to internal approval. The total contract value will be up to £7,250,000.00 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, Lot 5: Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply.
