Request for proposal - P2026-680 waste collection & recycling services contract 2026-2029 Proposals are requested for the above contract which involves the servicing for refuse, recycling and green waste collection across multiple buildings and facilities for the Hastings District Council Respondents who are unable to meet all pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting a response. Tender documents are available from the government electronic tenders service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz. Any enquiries about this contract must be made via www.gets.govt.nz. Questions should be submitted through GETS only Proposals and responses must be submitted electronically through GETS Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 5 August and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Please use the response form(s) provided. The total submitted file size must not exceed 50mb, regardless of the number of files submitted. It is preferred that you submit a combined file for the non-price information rather than several separate files. Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly marked as file 2 price and file 1 non-price. Respondents should allow sufficient time to upload files to GETS before the tender closing date and time, as GETS will stop accepting submissions at 3:00pm, regardless of whether the upload is complete.
