Contract award for the following works at Oxford Gardens Primary School: - Replace local roof decking where defects are identified during strip-out. - Complete pitched-roof repairs, including like-for-like replacement of damaged tiles, removal of moss and debris, and repair or renewal of leadwork as required. - Replace failing windows with heritage-profile, double-glazed timber box sashes, including any local adjustments required where roof-level changes affect sill or threshold heights, with planning requirements addressed as necessary.
