Mental Health Authority (MHA) is an agency of the Ministry of Health established under the Mental Health Act, 2012 (Act 846) to propose mental health policies and ensure their implementation, amongst others. The Agency urgently needs the delivery and test run of a 4wd vehicle for its operations. MHA intends to apply part of its grants to make eligible payments under contract(s) for which this Invitation for Tender is issued.
