The successful Stage 1 respondents will be invited to participate in a Stage 2 Request for Proposal and Design Competition process. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience delivering comparable design and construction projects, appropriate health and safety systems, financial and operational capability, and capacity to deliver the project programme.
