Lot 3 Call-Off Contract for two units of Supported Living in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Call Off Contract to facilitate the provision of ground floor, accessible accommodation (via their relationship with a Housing Provider) and meet the care, support and enablement needs of two adults who want to live in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This mini competition exercise exclusively involved Lot 3 Providers that had also been successful for Lot 1 to bid. It is anticipated that this Call-Off Contract will commence in May 2026 and will continue indefinitely until it is terminated. The estimated contract value attributed to this Call-Off Contract is approximately £160,000 per year, however this is not guaranteed. Due to the indefinite term, and in accordance with Regulation 6(16) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the estimated contract value has been calculated by multiplying the estimated monthly value by 48 months - therefore a total contract valuation of £640,000 has been applied to the transparency notice for this Call-Off Contract.
