Legal Services to OPCC

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to continue use of supplier for legal services as and when required. This was a direct award via NHS SBS Framework, Legal Services for Health, SBS10196 -Lot 11 - Multi-Disciplinary Support and as such is compliant with PCRs 2015. The value is estimated and based on demand, the total call off value is up to £100,000 plus VAT. The contract is for an initial term of 12 months but can be extended at the Authority's discretion for a further 12 months.
