Lambeth Police Station - Lift refurbishment and renewal works

The works will comprise a mixture of refurbishment and wholesale renewal of lifts at Lambeth Police Station. This is part of the Phase 1 lift Renewal and Refurbishment programme across the MPS Estate. Works to be undertaken in accordance with all works items relating to Lambeth in the specification. It must be noted that the works were originally tendered as a combined phase for 3nr sites. However, due to the LOT 1 thresholds separate task orders have been produced for each site. The works included in this contract are strictly related to the works at Lambeth Police Station.
