Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a contract to Bell Group Limited for the provision of a small number of kitchen and bathroom installations across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire. Contract was procured as a direct award via Procurement for Housing's Planned Works Framework: Lot 9 (West Midlands) Kitchen & Bathroom Supply and Install - Value Band 1 (£0-£2m). Contract notice with reference number 2023/S 000-009639 dated 30 January 2024. Contract value is estimated at £385,000 (inc VAT) . Contract period is from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
