Health New Zealand (Health NZ) | Te Whatu Ora is seeking proposals from community-based organisations to deliver an Integrated Crisis Support Service within the Central Otago / Queenstown locality. We are seeking a provider (or consortium) to deliver an integrated crisis support service comprising: • A peer-led Crisis Recovery Café (CRC) • A clinically led crisis respite service (2–3 beds) • Assertive outreach and home-based crisis support This integrated service approach is intended to reduce pressure on inpatient mental health wards and provide people experiencing acute mental health distress with greater choice and a recovery focused community-based alternative to inpatient admission. We are seeking locally based providers who have significant experience in the delivery of Mental Health & Addiction (MH&A) peer support and have mature, integrated organisational structures and systems to support their workforce and the community it serves.
