Home Building Fund Monitoring Surveyor - North East, Yorkshire and Humber

Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying (MS) Firm from its Property and Financial Professional Services Framework (2022-2026) to service sites in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber area. The appointed Monitoring Surveyor's role will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works in respect of the loan investment under the Home Building Fund ("HBF") programme. All work will be instructed under the standard terms of the Homes England Framework agreement.
