HAR6140 - Structural & Civil Engineering Services - Augusta Street

This contract was awarded following a Further Competition undertaken under Lot 1 - Built Environment of the CCS RM6165 Construction Professional Services Framework. CCS reference: CPS1-39064-2025. This procurement is for the provision of Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy Services for the Augusta Street construction project. The appointed consultant will develop initial structural and civil engineering designs and provide engineering calculations and reports for each RIBA design stage. The appointment will cover RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) through to completion of RIBA Stage 5 (Construction), inclusive of Practical Completion.
