Hallam Fields Primary School Expansion - Construction Stage

This contract is for the construction stage to expand Hallam Fields Primary School in Birstall under a construction agreement. This project is required to support provision of sufficient primary school places in Birstall due to be associated with the Broadnook housing development. The scope of this contract is construction works. This is a direct award via the Procurement Hub MPF2 framework of the construction stage contract is £4,908,247.60
