Enterprise Centre Refurbishment Works

The purpose of this requirement is to refurbish and modernise the communal kitchen and toilet facilities within Block A and Block B of the Braintree Enterprise Centre. The Enterprise Centre provides accommodation to a range of small and medium-sized businesses, and the communal facilities are essential to ensuring a safe, hygienic and fully functional working environment for tenants.
