Energinet Eltransmission A/S, Insurance Procurement related to CAR including DSU, TPL, EIL, and On- and Offshore Terrorism Insurance for Bornholm Energy Island
The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition.The tender process thus consists of two parts/phases, including request for prequalification and submission of tender.The procurement covers the insurance placements described in Lots 1-5 below.Lot 1: CAR, TPL primary and offshore terrorism and sabotage – EUR 450 Million any one occurrence, DSU primary (option) – EUR 50 Million in the aggregateLot 2: DSU excess layer – EUR 295 Million xs EUR 50 Million First loss limit and in the aggregateLot 3: TPL excess layer – EUR 75 Million xs EUR 25 Million any one occurrenceLot 4: Onshore Terrorism and Sabotage – EUR 156 Million any one occurrenceLot 5: Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) – EUR 25 Million any one occurrenceEnerginet Eltransmission A/S reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender.There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
