Druid's Heath Estate Regeneration Scheme - Contract Uplifts

Birmingham City Council (the Council) awarded a contract procurement reference: P0540 - Druid's Heath Estate Regeneration Scheme - Contract Uplifts under the Framework agreement NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement (NHS SBS). The Council has carried out a contract modification, and the modifications are:- • Modification to contract value Reason for the variation: To increase the contract value by £80,000 commencing 8th June 2026 to enable the continuity of support. The proposed change is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory change. Contract variation: The Contract is varied as follows: Financial variation: Original Contract Value: £ 395,756 Value of modification (1 - 17 April 2025): £ 85,000 Value of modification (2 - June 2026): £80,000 (excluding VAT) New total contract value: £ 560,756 (excluding VAT)
