Leicestershire County Council (the Council) has a requirement for tutoring services to support children who are unable to attend school or educational settings.\r The requirement is for both virtual (group and individual sessions) and home tuition. The framework will cover two cohorts of children and young people:\r • Children with Medical Needs (CMN) - Lot 1\r • Children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SENA) - Lot 2
