1The Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital from their budgetary allocation funds now invites quotations from the eligible registered Suppliers for the supply of Non-Medicine consumables. 2Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3Eligible tenderers can obtain a complete set of the tender documents from the 19TH of January to 1ST of February 2026, Electronically on GHANEPS. Payment of a non-refundable fee of one Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₡ 150.00) will be paid at the Account department of the facility and duplicate receipt sent to procurement.. 4Tenders must be submitted electronically on GHANEPS on or before 1ST February, 2026 at 12:00pm prompt. No manual submission will be considered. 5Open bid details can be assessed after a successful tender. No physical representative will be required. 6With regard to the tender, award will be based on item by item basis. 7The request is up till ending of March, 2027. Tenders shall be in Cedis. Delivery shall be in instalments as may be required by the procurement entity upon a Non-Availability Certificate from the Regional Medical Stores; which is our first point of call. 8Act 663, Section 62(1) provides that where Procurement Entity may disqualify the successful tenderer if the company fails to demonstrate its qualification again if requested to do so. 9It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory Documents:  Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
