CX&M Audit & Assurance

This contract provides focused programme health-check and delivery support to prepare Board materials that clarify the CX&M Programme's direction, value, agile approach, and remaining risks. It includes independent review, validation of the re-baselined plan, benefits assessment, and development of updated OKRs aligned to programme KPIs. Ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder engagement support will also be provided.
