City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are seeking an organisation to deliver support to the development of Wisemore Crossing to Arboretum. this will be pedestrian and cyclist crossing improvements linking Walsall town centre through the Wisemore area, alongside improvements to the route between Wisemore Crossing and the Arboretum.
