The Local Authority is statutorily required to meet the needs of the Early Help. This requirement involves partnership working with Education, Health and Social Care professionals both internal and external in order to deliver a universal offer for Early Help at level 1 and 2. A case management solution is required to meet this requirement. Year one costs £55,300. 2 x 12 months contract extensions available at 57k per annum
