Contract 26/64 - Asbestos Survey and Reinspection - Advertising Notice

Waimakariri District Asbestos Survey and Reinspection Programme Waimakariri District Council is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced asbestos surveying consultancies to support the next stage of its district-wide asbestos management programme. The opportunity covers a diverse portfolio of Council-owned buildings and structures and is expected to include surveys of previously unsurveyed pre-2000 assets, reinspections of known asbestos-containing materials, confirmatory sampling, and correction of existing survey and register information where required. Through this ROI, the Council intends to identify respondents with the technical competence, experience, resources and capacity to deliver a consistent and efficient multi-site programme, provide high-quality survey information suitable for incorporation into the Council’s asbestos register, and work collaboratively with the Council to refine the scope, methodology and delivery programme. Shortlisted respondents will subsequently be invited to participate in a formal procurement process.
