🇬🇾Guyana·Buyer: Ministry of Education

Consultancy for TVET & Training Diagnostic for SEND Students

Open for bids·13 Aug 2026

The Government of Guyana is committed to inclusive growth, ensuring that all citizens, regardless of ability, can contribute to the national economy. While the MOE has expanded TVET access through new institutes in Regions 1 through 10, SEND students still face significant barriers in transitioning from secondary education to gainful employment. In addition, the National TVET Policy 2025–2035 emphasizes alignment of training with labour market demand, expansion of workforce-ready skills, inclusion and equitable access, and strengthening linkages between TVET institutions and industry. However, students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) face significant barriers to accessing TVET programmes, completing training, and transitioning into employment. The Ministry of Education now invites suitably qualified persons to fill this role.
