The State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited (STCBL) intends to engage a qualified and experienced Event Management Firm to plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the STCBL Trade Fair. The selected Event Management Firm shall provide end-to-end event management services, including event planning, venue design, exhibition stall fabrication and installation, stage setup, audio visual systems, lighting, branding and signage, security coordination, health and safety arrangements, waste management, and event execution. The consultant shall also coordinate with exhibitors, government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the event. The assignment includes the planning, implementation, on-site management, and post-event reporting, ensuring that the trade fair is conducted professionally, safely, and in accordance with STCBL's objectives and applicable laws and regulations of Bhutan.
