Construction of 2No. 12-Unit Market Stalls and 1No. 38-Unit U-Shaped Pavillion for Second-hand Clothing and Fruit Sellers at Mandela Market

1. The Agona West Municipal Assembly intends to apply a portion of its Internally Generated Funds budgetary allocation to cover eligible payment for the Construction of 2No. 12-Unit Market Stalls and 1No. 38-Unit U-Shaped Pavilion for Second-hand Clothing and Fruit Sellers at Mandela Market 2. The Agona West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to execute the works referenced above. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended, which can be accessed on the PPA website: www.ppa.gov.gh.
