This is an award notice relating to a call off from Lot 1 Business Applications Vertical Solutions RM6259 Framework. \r The contract aims to achieve seamless, cost-effective continuity in the provision of externally managed services that support the council's existing system for Revenues and Benefits.\r \r The Revenues and Benefits system provides the following services: Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction schemes, Discretionary Housing Payments and collection of Council Tax and Business Rates.
