Citywide Messaging - Market Engagement

This is a pre market engagement for city wide messaging services, please note that this is not a call for competition. The service relates to call handling function centrally collating, monitoring and directing messages and referrals to Integrated Multidisciplinary Community Teams dependant upon urgency. Full details can be found within the service specification. Expressions of interest for the pre market engagement should be made before 16th February, according to instructions in the PME brief that can be found within the portal.
