CCS Design and Project Management Services for Cladding Replacement at Jakarta Embassy, Indonesia

FCDO are exploring the opportunity to deliver cladding replacement works our Embassy in Jakarta. The scope is under review and will evolve following further surveys. We are therefore looking to commission a PSP for this project to undertake RIBA Stages 2-7. The building is located at Jalan Patra Kuningan Raya L5 6 6 4, RT.6/RW.4, Kuningan Tim., Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12950, Indonesia The building is occupied and operational, requiring careful planning for phasing, security and safety.
