Branding of Polo Shirts

The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the Branding and Supply of Polo Shirts. The Purchaser now invites sealed quotations from eligible Tenders for Branding and Supply of Polo Shirts. Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Sealed quotations must be delivered electronically through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System via the e-Gp portal on or before 26th August, 2026 at 3.00pm prompt. Sealed quotations will be opened electronically through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System via the e-Gp portal on or before 26th August, 2026 at 3.00pm prompt. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents: • Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate • Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) • Valid Business Registration Certificate • Valid Registration Certificate from PPA SOLOMON ADJETEY SOWAH CHIEF DIRECTOR FOR: MINISTER
