Provision of activities required to prepare and deliver final draft role profiles, using the Client approved role template and following a structured, collaborative process. The work will include the consolidation of existing process documentation, virtual workshops with SMEs, and iterative refinement to produce high quality draft profiles suitable for Client approval (noting that formal sign off remains outside the scope of this commission).
