This RFP invites shortlisted Respondents to submit proposals to purchase and develop 2,650 m2 of land on Dunkirk Road, opposite the entrance to Armein Road. Dunkirk catalyst is one of 2 projects located in the Dunkirk/ Armein precinct. It is currently home to 4 individual dwellings. The end state of the development is required to yield between 35 & 40 apartments, approximately one third of these to be social housing. TRC has a need for 1 Bedroom accommodation, and therefore wishes those social homes to be such. It is acknowledged that the Development partner will likely wish to make the balance of the numbers as 2-Bedroom.
